For the 2nd year the Texas Library Association (TLA) has held "TT4L", Texas Teens 4 Libraries. This year it was another huge success! Almost 400 teens were visible in their lime green TT4L t-shirts, mingling with their favorite authors, getting autographs, pictures and lots of free books.
Had a packed room for the Texas Teens Booktalk 4 All program which included digital and live booktalks from the teens. The audience loved their selections of books! Special thanks to YA author Varian Johnson for moderating the program! Here's a picture of some Chambers County kids representing at TLA! Until next year!
